Provides: - Dual-framework comparison (CRR vs Basel 3.1) using DualFrameworkRunner - Capital impact waterfall via CapitalImpactAnalyzer - Transitional floor schedule timeline with year slider (TransitionalScheduleRunner) - Exposure-level drill-down with filters - CSV export for all views
